Consultores en Biología de la Conservación is a company that, since its creation in 1992, has been working in different areas related to the conservation of nature and the environment both nationally and internationally.

We collaborate with several regional, national and European Union public administrations, as well as with private companies and non-governmental organizations related to the energy, environment, engineering, education, dissemination and communication sectors.

MAIN LINES OF WORK

Our commitment is to offer the best technical and environmental proposals and solutions in aspects such as:

FAUNA & FLORA

We have extensive and recognized experience in specialized studies at the level of individuals, populations or communities, both in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems (censuses, atlases and faunal inventories).

WETLANDS

We have extensive experience in the inventory and mapping of inland wetlands, as well as in the drafting of environmental diagnoses and restoration or recovery plans.

CLIMATE CHANGE

We advise public institutions and companies in the design of Strategies and action plans for adaptation to climate change in Protected Areas (Natura 2000 Network and ENPs).

NATURAL HABITATS

We carry out the design, management and development of studies and technical plans related to land management and planning of natural areas, and we also offer advice to managers of protected natural areas for their revision.

TIGs

In a transversal way, we apply geographic information technologies in all our projects. We deal with cartography, photo-interpretation, remote sensing, and a multitude of spatial analysis using Geographic Information Systems.

SUSTAINABLE TURISM

We advise public institutions and companies in the implementation of Tourism Sustainability Systems in Protected Areas (Natura 2000 Network, ENPs and Biosphere Reserves).
